BJJ for Self Defense for Women

A free, beginner-friendly self defense seminar for women, built on the jiu-jitsu we teach every day at Labyrinth. We are hosting it for breast cancer awareness: donations and merch sales at the event go directly to a family affected by breast cancer. Come on your own or bring a friend.

LED BY COACH SCOTT AND PROFESSOR TONY

Coach Scott Jones 7th dan Taekwondo black belt, BJJ brown belt Scott has a lot of experience with self defense and more than 27 years in MMA. He founded Team Legacy Martial Arts and now coaches full time at Labyrinth.

Professor Anthony Curry Founder and head instructor, BJJ black belt Tony has trained for more than 14 years and started Labyrinth in Fulshear in 2021. He teaches the jiu-jitsu this seminar is built on.

Labyrinth BJJ coaches, women, men and kids flexing together on the mat after class — Part of the Labyrinth family. Beginners welcome.
